The Home Builders Association of Virginia website was based on our content management system, Drupal, and integrated with an open source CRM called CiviCRM.  We added some invoicing functions, and HBACV staff can easily send invoices for membership dues, as well as use a wide array of CRM features like managing contacts and business records, printing labels or sending group emails.  Content management and member management are accessed within the same interfaces for ease of administration.  The site also includes an optional advertising system to allow them to run ad campaigns as needed.
